Congratulations, Gemela! WHAT designers recently named a local Detroit jewelry designer Gemela as “Your favorite designer” on their Spring ’10 design guide. Gemela, started by sisters Diana and Julie Verdugo, designs couture and ready-to-wear jewelry pieces that are to die for <3. They are regularly involved in the Detroit and Ann Arbor fashion scene, and FORMzine often sees their jewelry grace models on the runway. Their pieces can be found in many Michigan boutiques (Poshh, for one), or you can purchase many of their designs at their etsy shop.
